Coatomer service rep

Overview:

Interstate Moving Co seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and office stuff.

Experience in Moving industry is preferred but will train the right person.

Duties:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues

- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the database

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English is a must

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
