Highlands Ranch Resort is hiring for Prep and maintain a hot line station in our busy fine dining restaurant also May 11th our fast self-serve outdoor bar/restaurant will be open, possible split shifts at two locations

Communicate professionally and courteously to FOH and peers and Executive Chef

Ability to learn new styles and techniques in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

At least 1 years of experience in restaurants or catering

Culinary education preferred

Strong line skills needed

Hard working and efficient with time

An ability to handle multiple prep or cooking tasks simultaneously in the most efficient manner
