Carpenter/ Maintenance Handyman

Construction - working supervisor.

Looking for a skilled personable man to meet with tenant's and owner's to inspect jobs and obtain scope of work for repairs.

And be able to perform the maintenance needed to complete the jobs as necessary.

Usually light carpentry.

Drywall, And texture.

Concrete patch and repair.

Wide variety of skill needed.

Must live in flagstaff.
