Hello! I'm looking for someone to help manage the day-to-day labor for seven rental properties across Flagstaff, AZ for the next 3 months minimum with potential for longer

Two long term units in Sunny Slope

One long term unit in Cherry Hill

Two short term units in Downtown Flagstaff

Two short term units in Adora at Timber Sky off Rte. 66

Our ideal candidate would be on call for everyday handyman fixes or things as mundane as renters who've left garbage cans out that need to be brought into the garage. This would effectively be part-time work on an as-needed basis and we can negotiate compensation that feels fair given the sporadic nature of the job.
