Savory Chef Department lead

Poorhouse Pies is continuing to grow our savory and catering department and we need another skilled cook. If you are a strong chef looking for a change into daytime hours without all of the stress of the service line, you may be interested in this position. We are a mellow, but fast paced kitchen, with a strong team that works well together. We pay very well and offer benefits and bonuses. Our savory recipes and catering offer plenty of opportunity for culinary diversity in terms of using your skills but the job also requires someone able to self motivate, manage a team, and pay attention to the many details of this incredibly busy kitchen. We are a very upbeat group who are family and community focused, we listen to music all day and crank. Some customer service required but not much. Our kitchen is new, bright and has great equipment.
