We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance

- Provide knowledgeable information about vaping products and accessories

- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are attractive and up-to-date

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism

- Stay informed about new products and industry trends

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including age verification requirements

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 21 years old (due to legal requirements for selling vaping products)

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

- Knowledge of vaping products and the vape industry is a plus but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
