Location: West Coast Electric Bikes

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect bike and accessories to meet their needs

- Perform basic bike repairs and maintenance

- Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization

- Keep up-to-date with the latest bike trends and products

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our clientele

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus, but not required

- Basic knowledge of bikes and biking accessories

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team setting

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multipletasks in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and a passion for cycling

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and product information

- Ability to lift and maneuver bikes and related merchandise
