EXECUTIVE SECRETARY & Accountant/book keeper needed ASAP
I Currently need to fill 2 roles an executive assistant/ front desk & an in house accountant/book keeper

SCHEDULE IS MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-4:30PM
START PAY 20HR & WILL PAY UP TO $38 HR for the right person
Administrative Skills:
Proficient in handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ability to organize and maintain paperwork, including receipts and invoices.
Experience with document management and filing systems.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
Organization and Time Management:
Effective organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in coordinating and scheduling appointments with clients.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management tools and software may be beneficial.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
Proactive approach to anticipating and addressing potential challenges.
Confidentiality:
Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Construction Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
