We are a small builder looking for a part time office Assistant to help in this office with managing day to day operations.

This is in office work Monday thru Friday.

No remote work. 25-30hrs

Must have solid office experience with a background working in an office setting.

We need a professional, intelligent, reliable, dedicated, flexible, hard working person that can assist with daily office responsibilities.

Must be proficient with MS Office programs especially excel.

Quickbooks experience is useful.

Able to manage multiple projects well.

Able to learn new programs, process, and office systems.

Have experience with, payables, receivables, office organization, payroll, and other basic office skills.

Have own transportation.
