Office Manager
$1,500.00 HIRING BONUS AFTER 120 WORKING DAYS
We are a well-established Company of 30+ years in the Construction Industry looking for an experienced and well versed individual to join our busy team as our Office Manager
The right candidate for this position must have the following abilities and qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in Quickbooks, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Minimum 5 years skill set in HR compliance, benefits, recruitment, risk mgt, HR protocols, etc
Construction office background experience
Experience processing payroll using ADP or similar platform
Must be well organized and have good attention to detail
Capable of handling a fast paced environment with multi-tasking throughout each and every day
Able to communicate easily with a wide range of individuals both verbally and written
Possesses a reliable attendance record and dedication to the position
Personality traits should include leadership skills, confidence, and friendliness.
Job duties would include, but are not limited to:
Heavy AP/AR including posting, collections, deposits, reconciliations, financial reports, billing, etc
Estimating
Full charge Human Resources
Payroll processing and compliance using ADP platform
Contract management
Manage Admins
Property liens
Safety Committee
Self Motivated

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
