Job Title: Experienced Outside Sales Representative - Christian Market

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales to churches and Christian organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and setting up MLM partnerships with these organizations. The pay is 15% straight commission on all qualifying products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with churches and Christian organizations to drive sales and promote our products.

- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with churches and Christian organizations for MLM collaborations.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products to potential clients.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Continuously prospect for new clients and expand our reach within the Christian market.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing performance goals.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative, preferably in the Christian market.

- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.

- Familiarity with MLM structures and experience in setting up such partnerships.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed to attend meetings, events, and conferences.

- A genuine passion for Christianity and a desire to serve the Christian community through sales and partnership opportunities.

Pay: 15% straight commission on all qualifying products.
