Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 2 year of related experience.

Proven experience in bid coordination or proposal management, preferably within the construction industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of bid processes and procurement practices is preferred but not required.
