Here in the Bay Area, LeafFilter is the largest contractor for gutter protection and new gutter installations.

We're doing daily installations within Santa Clara, San Mateo & Alameda Counties, and our objective is to simultaneously Canvass & set New Appointments for Free Estimates/Inspections in the same neighborhoods where we're actively installing.

In addition to our canvassing efforts, we also market Nationwide with TV ads, digital ads, postcard mailers, radio, & local events/trade-shows, so name brand recognition is already expected.

THIS POSITION OFFERS:

1. STABLE/STEADY WORK WITH A COMPETITIVE PAY ON A PART-TIME BASIS - You have the ability to work as much or as little as you'd like (up to 30 hours weekly). The more you work the more you make!

2. COMPENSATION IS A COMBINATION OF HOURLY RATE + VOLUME BONUSES - Get paid for jobs that are installed from the appointments that YOU set

3. WEEKLY PAY & QUICK TURN-AROUND FOR BONUS - Not only do we convert our appointments into sales at a VERY high percentage, but we also install & collect on the majority of our projects within 3-10 days!

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Experience in door-knocking

- Reliable vehicle

- Smart phone

- Ability/comfortability to work alone (if needed)

- Burning desire to WIN every single day & maximize the comp plan

WE'RE ONLY INTERESTED IN BRINGING ON ASSERTIVE & DYNAMIC INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE THE RESILIENCY TO BRING THEIR "A"-GAME EACH DAY

First year earnings expected between $55k-85k, depending on personal drive & ambition
