Maintenance assistant

I have a long list of stuff in and around the house. Legal identification required, no exceptions.

Skilled or unskilled. $15-25 per hour, depending. Hourly only. NOT LOOKING TO NEGOTIATE "BY THE JOB."

Should be regular, 10+ hours per week. Good part time job for the right person.
