Customer Service Rep needed for small office

Packaging company looking for experienced Bilingual Customer Service Rep to join us!

$20/hour.

Full time M-F 8-4:30.

English/Spanish.

Computer experience & Phone skills a must.

Our ideal candidate would have fast typing skills and help with the following:

-Answer phones

-Generate invoices

-Contact customers when orders are ready

-Organized filing

-Shipping experience a plus (UPS/Fedex/LTL)

-Light housekeeping

-Other office tasks as needed
