Homestead. In Northampton is hiring experienced line cooks. Must have at least experience working on a ‘hotline’ and understand meat temperatures, fish and poultry cookery, plating, saute, etc.

Homestead. Has built a collaborative staff and community and is looking for the right person to add to our team. We pride ourselves on our from scratch cooking, homemade pasta program, and our use of local and sustainable ingredients. We are looking for dedicated professionals looking to learn and grow their food knowledge and skill sets.

The right candidate must possess:

Strong culinary skills including but not limited to knife skills, protein cooking and temperatures, plating, etc

Organization skills and overall cleanliness

Ability to lift minimum of 50#

Ability to stand and execute duties for a minimum of 8 hours

Reliable transportation

Their own knives

A desire to learn, grow, and advance.
