JOB TITLE:
Receptionist and Service Appointment Setter
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
40 Hours per week
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answer phone calls for main phone number
Log in all calls and notifify person that is responsible for handling
Send texts and email messages to customers that are due for service
Schedule appointments for service
Take delivery from post office, UPS, and truck deliveries for warehouse
Help sales reps and appointment setters with any thing they need from the office
COMPENSATION:
$20 per hour
