Experienced Maintenance / Facility Person

Property Management Firm looking for an experienced hands on maintenance / facility / handy person to work both independently and as a team for maintenance and management of high-end condos on the South Shore. This position will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of the property both inside and out.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Handling after hours emergencies

- Light electrical repair

- Light Plumbing repair

- Painting building common areas

- Carpentry and drywall work

- Cleaning common area’s

- Trash removal

- Snow removal and Landscaping

Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. This position requires communication with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software are preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
