MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

FULL TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED FOR BUSY COMMERCIAL BUSINESS PARK

LOCATION: Village of Orchard Park

DUTIES (including but not limited to): general maintenance, landscaping, snowplowing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: high school diploma or equivalent, valid NYS driver’s license with reliable transportation, 5 years experience in maintenance, ability to work overtime/off hours during snowplowing season. Must be able to perform some heavy lifting, work outside in the elements, walk and climb stairs, be comfortable on a ladder and roof. Resume and references

IDEAL CANDIDATE: will have the ability to work independently with excellent communication and problem solving skills. Snowplowing experience is a must.

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

COMPENSATION: based on experience. Paid time off and holidays.
