Cleaning Technician

Who were looking for:

Professional individuals who can become a vital part of our company. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility or residential housing by completing various tasks. This can include mopping & vacuuming floors, disinfecting surfaces and restrooms and emptying trash and recycle cans. The goal is to keep our customers living and working environment's in a clean and orderly condition.

Requirements:

Background check

No Drug use on the job.

Proven working experience as a Janitor or cleaner

Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

Your Own Reliable mode of transportation

Integrity and ability to work independently.

Motivated, responsible, independent and have excellent time management skills.

Great attention to detail which assists with keeping our customers satisfied.

Hard worker with the mentality to succeed and to continue to learn

Must be able to stand on your feet while working for a minimum of 3hrs.
