We are currently hiring an Experienced Lead Carpenter in Hood River, Oregon.

Full time

8 or more years of framing experience

Must be comfortable reading construction drawings

Must be able to plan and direct work to others

Comfortable with all aspects of traditional stick framing, including building stairs and framing roofs

Self-Directed

Working diligently and efficiently

Must have reliable transportation

Clean driving record

Strong communication skills and ability to stay organized
