Production Assembly Technician

We are an audio manufacturing company based in Poulsbo, WA, specializing in high-quality cables and power conditioners. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join our team.

The Production Assembly Technician performs various production assembly functions that are somewhat complicated in nature. The primary responsibilities include assembling or sub-assembling products according to verbal or written instructions. The role requires the ability to learn and master all techniques and standards of building specific cables or power conditioners to ensure a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble or sub-assemble products following verbal or written instructions.

Learn and adhere to techniques and standards for building specific cables or power conditioners.

Operate hand tools, power tools, heat guns, and other necessary production equipment.

Soldering experience is a plus but not required.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning up and putting away tools and equipment before the end of the shift.

Job Requirements:

Ability to perform production assembly tasks that are somewhat complicated in nature.

Willingness to learn and master assembly techniques and standards.

Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and heat guns.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Responsible for shop clean-up and organization of the work area.
