Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in running daily operations by managing calendars, emails, schedules, and performing various administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring smooth coordination and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

- Prepare and modify documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

- Maintain fleet inventory.

- Support HR functions such as scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding new hires.

- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.

- Collaborate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., Google Workspace).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.

- Spanish an asset
