Part-time Custodian

St. John of Damascus Church in Dedham is looking to fill a part-time Custodian position.

This position is a 20-hour flexible schedule per week. General duties include vacuuming, bathroom maintenance, general maintenance of the whole facility, hall rental setup and breakdown (may require availability nights). Must be physically able to perform all duties. Have an excellent work ethic and well organized. Ability to follow instructions and are a quick learner. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards. A proactive, self-directed and responsible attitude who works under minimal supervision.

It would be great if you also have prior experience in custodial or janitorial work.
