Reporting to the VP, Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving (OAEAG), this role is responsible for supporting the Vice President and other unit Directors with day-to-day requirements and management of the internal administrative tasks of the individual units and respective staffs. He/ She performs a variety of professional duties that facilitate program implementation, and customer service for all team members. This position is primarily focused on providing operational support with a special emphasis on financial processes, customer service, and event support. Specifically, the coordinator manages the operating budget, including the requisition request process, vendor payments and budget, and credit card reconciliation. He/she develops reports that inform benchmarking and reporting activities related to engagement outcomes. This position manages the VP's calendar and manages administrative operations with the SU Alumni Association (SUAA) Board of Directors. The role manages the operations of the Alumni Center facility, and student workers, responds to constituent inquiries received via mail, e-mail and/or in-person, and liaises with colleagues in the division of Advancement and External Affairs as appropriate.
