Part-Time Self Storage Facility Assistant Manager

We are looking for a part-time employee that is a responsible individual with a positive attitude. Prefer applicants that live in the vicinity of Norcross- (30093). Ideal applicants must be dependable, punctual, self-disciplined and self-motivated. This would be great for a retired person. Weekends are required.

Responsibilities include:

Show storage units to prospective customers

Cleaning of vacant storage units

Outside Clean up

Rental of storage units

Rent collection

General office duties

Applicant requirements:

Experience with and knowledge of basic computer programs

Must be able to pass a complete background check including criminal and credit,

Good communication skills in person as well as on the phone

Hours Needed are Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Sunday, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM, and other weekdays as needed.
