Restaurant Manager |
We are a 22 year Manhattan restaurant and catering company with 2 types of strong kitchen operations from the SAME location:
a) Fine dining, sit-down operation; b) Fast food, take-out, online ordering operation using mainly, UberEats, Doordash, Grubhub & Delivery.com - all integrated to Toast.
We are seeking a full time Restaurant Manager with experience in the above mentioned types of operation. We are willing to train a fast learner all the intricacies of running and operating our own business.
You should have a strong understanding of food knowledge, and experience in the front and the back of house operations, including running weekly payroll and with basic knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, etc.
- Initiate and enforce administrative protocols that lead to efficient coordination of staff, planning, and accounting for the restaurant team.
- Supervise and responsible of scheduling the restaurant team and developed training material.
- POS system management, daily operations and programming the back end.
- Manage dry goods ordering and inventory.
- Responsible for managing BOH & FOH labor costs.
- Report sales by day and revenue center on a weekly basis
- Bar tendering skills and/or a degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management are plus.
