Position Summary:

As an Improveit Residential Marketing Specialist you’ll represent our brand as a community engagement ambassador. In this role, you’ll speak with homeowners in our service areas about our high-quality home improvements, including replacement windows and bath and kitchen remodeling.

We provide complete paid training on how to be the best at your position, and provide continuous mentoring, coaching and support to help you reach your career and compensation goals.

Position Qualifications:

Self-motivated with a strong desire to make money and reach your compensation goals.

Ability to work weekdays and some evenings and weekends

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Focus on punctuality, preparedness and results.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in marketing or sales, not required, but considered a plus.

Physical Requirements:

This is a physical role, and you must be able to:

Walk and stand for extended periods of time.

Navigate curbs, stairs, and uneven terrain.

Carry and transport marketing materials and equipment, such as iPads and marketing materials.
