Kitchen Lead

Our prep team is small, but hardworking and team-oriented making all our products from scratch. We are in search of a similar-minded kitchen lead. Responsibilities include following our recipes and processes, altering lists and inventory based on business levels, managing the daily tasks and lists with team members, and keeping a clean and tidy kitchen.

The right candidate will be able to work with a high level of consistency and efficiency with a good attitude. We will train the right candidate thoroughly. We do not tolerate poor attitudes, tardiness, or unteam-like performance.

Kitchen management experience would be a ideal, kitchen experience would be a plus as we can train the right hard worker. We offer a competitive pay structure for the industry with a very livable wage. Weekends are a must. We will always offer two consecutive days off and PTO.
