General Manager is sought for an Italian restaurant

In this leadership role we are looking for an individual who understands things like cost of goods and labor, but just as importantly guest service and what it means to truly lead their team because while the FOH team is made up of nice people, they need a leader to help them and who will roll up his/her sleeves and get in the trenches with them. Someone who will show them how to give great service - this isn't an 'Office GM' position. The chosen candidate should love being out on the floor with his/her team, getting to know all the guests and really enjoy interacting with them to make sure their visit is amazing while making sure that the FOH is operationally solid.
