- Must have experience-
Willing to learn concrete forming - Carpentry
10 plus years carpenter experience.
Ability to read blue prints and execute on blue prints.
Ability to help with layout, frame walls, roof, sheet, and fascia
Does not need concrete forming experience but is a bonus.
Must have full set of cordless tools, corded skill saw, and levels. Company provides large tools/special equipment.

Willing to learn rough and finish carpentry
Team player
Good attitude.
Responsibilities
Unload and carry materials at construction sites
Clean out site from debris and discarded material
Report any job site delays
Confirm tasks were completed
Report to Foreman work completed and and delays
Report to Foreman if a change order is needed
Report any injuries on-site with employees or non-employees
Responsible for keeping the job site clean to our standard every day.
Responsible for being a problem solver on site.
Quality control for your work completed
Creating on-site material lists if more materials are needed
Picking up materials or assigning someone to pick them up from will call.
Completing job tasks on our company PM app.
Return all materials and job site tools to designated spot each day.
Other Requirements
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
High school diploma or equivalent
Have a smartphone ( Benefit : we pay a $25/month phone reimbursement)
Proven experience as construction foreman
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to communicate and report effectively
Aptitude in math
Problem-solving abilities
Good physical condition and stamina
High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
