Prep Cook / Set Up

Threes Bar and Grill is looking for a AM PREP COOK

Must be able to work 6am - 1pm

Catering Prep Cooks will be responsible for setting up our catered boats for Pacific Whale Foundation and Teralani. You will receive final numbers and make sure you are sending the correct amount of food out. You must be able to work safely in a fast paced environment and follow recipe guidelines, and must be willing to get ServSafe Certified!

Job Requirements:

- 1 year of prep or kitchen experience

- Knife skills and basic prep

-Must have full knowledge of basic cooking principles

-Be responsible and reliable

-Team player and must work well with others.
