The Admin/Social Media Assistant's role is to help update our inventory catalog of rugs and consolidate our records while occasionally filming and posting content on the Instagram page. Responsibilities include:
Naming/filing photos
Creating tear sheets and spreadsheets
Uploading and removing inventory to our website
General data entry: i.e., old contacts, invoices, catalog
Drafting and filing invoices
Actively create and manage JRC’s marketing content on social media platforms
What we're looking for:
Computer literate and comfortable using the Mac OS system
Experienced in photo editing tools like Photoshop and Lightroom, able to work on a Mac computer
Experienced in posting and creating content for social media
Confident and Professional in engaging with clients via phone, e-mail, and in person.
Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm.
35 hours per week.
Pay: $20 per hour
