Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef at SUSHI NEKOSAN PROJECT LLC located in La Jolla CA. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including food preparation, cooking, and creating seafood dishes. The Sushi Chef will utilize their culinary skills to ensure high-quality sushi and provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

Qualifications

Experience in food preparation and cooking

Knowledge of hygiene standards and practices

Proficiency in culinary skills, particularly in sushi making

Understanding of seafood handling and preparation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Prior experience as a Sushi Chef is a plus

Certification or degree in culinary arts is beneficial
