Small service and repair compny needs a strong Office Manager to assist in growing our company. You should have experience in delegating, dispatching, time management, Quickbooks, CRM, AR and AP.
Responsibilities:
Manage records and information
Serve as a main contact for our technicians
Answer direct phone calls and general emails
Assist in financial transactions, which may include making deposits, sending invoices and paying bills
At all times, deliver service with a great attitude and high professional standards
Schedule, dispatch, follow up on all technicians and the corresponding documentation
Seek, cultivate new clients, marketing, sales
AR, AP, bookkeeping
​Qualifications:
Due to all our daily work, a great memory is a must
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
Quickbooks experience
Technically proficient in office applications to serve as communication between multiple platforms
Ability to work on multiple projects
Able to focus on phones, emails, updates, etc at the same time
