Craft Cocktail Bartender - Boardroom Kailua

The Boardroom Kailua is a farm-to-glass inspired craft cocktail restaurant that is passionate about highlighting Hawaii's local artisans and farmers. We love to have a story for our menu items, and to educate patrons about Hawaii through our menu and customer experience.

The Craft Cocktail Bartender position requires experience in craft cocktail bartending and operations, inventory, prep, and exceptional knowledge in spirits and some wine.

You are a person that is looking for full-time work, is reliable and able to work well with your team. You have fun creating new concepts and ideas, enjoy providing exceptional customer service, and have a niche for creating drinks that patrons will want to come back for more of.

Qualifications

- Proficient in crafting a wide variety of cocktails

- Strong background in bar management and operations

- Extensive experience in bartending, including customer service skills

- Knowledgeable about different types of wines and their pairings

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Certification in mixology or relevant field is a plus

Responsibilities

- Create unique and innovative craft cocktails for customers.

- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of ingredients.

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and offering recommendations.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and glassware.

- Utilize wine knowledge to assist customers in selecting suitable pairings.

- Demonstrate leadership skills by overseeing bar operations and staff when necessary.

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour + TIPS
