Sushi chef help position at Kyoten Next Door

Kyoten Next Door is looking for sushi chef helper position. This is a position that can translate to a full time sushi chef. We are located right off the Blue Line.

Hours are:

Wed-Sat 2:00-8:30 (no super late nights!)

Sun 2:00-10:00

Pay is $1200 a week.

Responsibilities will primarily be fish butchery, after that it will be to assist other sushi chefs with tasks such as making rice and tamago

Requirements: 2 full years of some culinary experience is required. A commitment to the craft of sushi a major plus. Fluency in English is a requirement to communicate with guests.
