Handyman Needed for Repairs and Maintenance

Job Description:

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

Performing general maintenance and repair work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)

Responding to maintenance requests from clients

Diagnosing and fixing issues promptly

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Keeping accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Proficient in using hand and power tools

Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

Excellent problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
