We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join us as independent contractors.

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious sales professionals to join our team as independent contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales for roofing projects. You will earn a competitive commission of 10% on all revenue generated, payable upon company receipt of funds.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (referrals, networking, online platforms, etc.)

Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and present appropriate roofing solutions

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

Negotiate contracts and close sales

Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Provide regular updates on sales activities and results

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or home improvement industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Ability to understand and explain roofing services and solutions
