Customer Service Representative

Glen Eden is Southern California’s premier Nudist Resort and RV Park.

We are a family oriented resort that provides nude recreation to members and guests from all over the world. Currently we are looking for a full-time (40hour) Customer Service Representative for our front office.

Staff is clothed at all times.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for consistently meeting high quality standards in guest services and perform work tasks in a timely fashion. A Customer Service Representative must ensure he/she follows the company mission statement and values.

Greeting and Checking in members and guests while taking reservations and resolving guest needs.

General Office Administrative duties

Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift and balancing

Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Possess the ability to work as a team member, but also independently at times with direction

Will be required to work some weekends and nights. Schedule will vary based upon scheduling needs.

$20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
