Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for our property management, and construction office. The ideal candidate will assist in various, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and management of construction projects.

Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.

Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management, construction, or a related field is preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
