HIRING:

- General Manager: $65,000 to $80,000

- Assistant General Manager: $55,000 to $65,000

- Assistant Manager / Floor Manager: $45,000 to $55,000

LOCATION:

Wilma’s Famous BBQ & Tavern : 17 N Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60602, Downtown Chicago, near Michigan Ave!

ABOUT:

Wilma’s Famous BBQ & Tavern opened last year in Downtown Chicago! This restaurant is in a prime location, near Michigan Ave., with a large dining room, full-bar, and high-volume kitchen! We crank out delicious BBQ, including rib tips, spare ribs, turkey tips, Chicago style wings, fried shrimp, tasty sides, craft cocktails, and a whole lot more!

REQUIRED:

- Previous high-volume restaurant management experience, 5+ years experience strongly preferred.

- Must be available full-time.

- Proven leadership experience, be Restaurant Manager skills and qualifications.

- Customer service skills.

- Training in food safety.

- Financial literacy.

- Inventory control skills.

- Knowledge of restaurant management software.

- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
