Admin Asst. part time
need an assistant to help me get and stay organized. Need to set up files, both paper and/or MacBook; also need help with computer issues(appreciate patience in teaching me); pay bills; track payments. from time to time, contact vendors.
About you: Day(s) and hour(s) to be determined. This is not an accounting position; there is an excellent accountant already here. Perfect job for mom of school age children or for one who is retired but wanting a small job to keep your brain healthy and give you a sense of accomplishment.
About me: I am a happily retired person who is used to working with others. I have a good sense of humor, like to laugh, and like to do excellent work. It drives me nuts that my computer is in chaos; definitely need to learn MacBook better and create and use a better system. We need to go through everything and create a better filing system; need to age some entries and put in an archive file; and need some lessons on my MacBook.
