Family Law Paralegal – Virtual Remote

Our innovative virtual law firm needs you! We are seeking a highly experienced family paralegal who is seasoned in uncontested divorce cases. This contractor position offers a flat fee per case, with a potential volume of 4-10 new cases daily.

Responsibilities:

Manage case files, starting with a detailed client questionnaire.

Prepare all required pleadings

Draft correspondence to clients to clarify or gather additional information as needed.

Collaborate with the supervising attorney as needed.

Might, facilitate the e-filing of all documents with appropriate courts.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of Florida family law, court processes, and documentation.

Proven ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Strong initiative and commitment to timely, high-quality work.

Ability to handle a significant volume of cases

Qualifications:

At least four years of experience in Florida family law, particularly in handling uncontested divorces.

Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and results-driven professional attitude.

Compensation:

Flat fee per case case drafted and per case e-filed.

Payment bi-weekly for cases drafted or e-filed during the period.
