Job Title: Remote Salesperson (Independent Contractor)

Location: Remote (Southwest Florida area)

Hours: Part-time, 80 hours per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our small team as an Independent Contractor. This remote position offers flexibility, with a commitment of 80 hours per month, plus the opportunity to earn commission based on performance. The ideal candidate will be based in the Southwest Florida area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and online channels.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients (upsell opportunities).

- Understand and communicate the company's services and products effectively.

- Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales deals.

- Track and report sales activity, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.

- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and support.

Qualifications:

- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience working in a law firm (huge plus).

- Preferred: Previous sales experience (but not required).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Must be based in Southwest Florida.

Compensation:
