Cafe & Bakery BoH Manager & Prep

Aloha! We are Maui Cookie Lab & LunchBox Maui. We are growing and looking for 2 new team members: BoH Kitchen Manager & Prep. Must have previous BoH kitchen experience. Both positions are PT to start, but could evolve into FT for the right people, in which case health insurance will added after probation. Duties include: daily cookie & pasty bake, prep for assorted pastries, breads, etcThere is also an opportunity to get creative with our menu, as we are always testing and adding new items. Duties also include: accepting and checking in orders, keeping BoH kitchen organized and clean, working as a team to get the job done. Each day is slightly different based on special orders and events in addition to our daily operation of our Cookie Bars and Cafe service. If interested, we'd love to talk!
