Seeking entrepreneurial and creative cafe manager and/or barista

We are seeking a skilled barista or cafe manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service. If interested, please reply to this email with your resume/job experience.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages following company recipes

- Operate espresso machine and other coffee-making equipment

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Provide excellent customer service, including taking customer orders and addressing inquiries

- Upsell products and promote special items to customers

Requirements

- Experience in the food service industry, preferably with a focus on coffee preparation

- Proficiency in cash handling and sales

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner

- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices

- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

Barista experience required

Day shift, Weekdays or Weekends
