Front Desk Lead

Bamboo Spa is growing and looking for a stable and responsible Front Desk Lead. We are located in the Cow Hollow district in San Francisco.

This position has lots of growth opportunities!

We are open seven days a week, 9:30 am- 7 pm.

Job Description:

Help and assist the General Manager in leading the front desk team

Warmly greet and interact with clients and staff on the phone and over email.

Answer informed questions about services, therapists, and offerings

Keep all areas tidy, organized, and clean

Assist in turnover of treatment rooms (cleaning, sanitizing, laundry)

Book clients over the phone or in-person

Maintain a serene environment at all times.

Requirements:

-Quick learner

-Tech Savvy

-Professional, with a friendly demeanor.

-Upbeat and welcoming to every guest and team member

-Comfortable with cleaning and organizing duties.

Flexible availability is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $21- $25.00 per hour + commission and bonus pay
