Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. This role is in the telecom industry, where you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Level 1 and Level 2 help desk Configure and deploy laptops for end-users Troubleshoot and administer iManage DMS Manage Conditional Access Policies via Microsoft In Tune Deploy software to endpoints via In Tune Active Directory management, including creating new users, managing security groups, and managing OUs Exchange Online management, including creating and managing distribution groups, creating and managing office 365 groups, applying retention policies, and delegating access to shared mailboxes Assign and manage phone numbers for end-users on Microsoft Teams Manage printers, including deploying new printers, adding and sharing printers via a Windows Print server Provide Conference Room AV Support and Troubleshooting Assist with projects as neededSkills: Proficiency in Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, Azure Active Directory, Intune, iManage, and O 365 Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10/11 Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Basic knowledge of Cisco Meraki and VMWare Familiarity with basic Nutanix AHV is preferred but not requiredRequirements Proficient in Microsoft Suite Experience with Active Directory Knowledge of Computer Hardware Familiarity with Configuration Management Prior experience in Deskside Support Understanding of Desktop Hardware Proficiency in Azure Active Directory Knowledge of Intune Experience with iManage Familiarity with O 365 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong customer service orientation Relevant certification or degree in a related field Ability to work under pressure and manage complaints or issues Willingness to keep up-to-date with technological developments.
