Manager Federal Health Products and Services - Inside Service & SalesLocation:  This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.The Manager FHPS Inside Service & Sales responsible for managing and planning the resources of the telephonic FEP Benefits Consultants staff to accomplish the to accomplish the welcome calls, sales, retention and servicing objectives sales of the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program.How you will make an impact:

Implements sales marketing and servicing strategy for sale and retention of FEP products.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Provides leadership in motivating subordinates to accomplish goals and objectives.

Develop a strong team through training and organizational development practices.

Report sales status and team progress to senior management.

Monitors and ensures achievement of call center production goals and deliverables for market areas.

Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of health and life insurance sales experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Health and Life license required.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

Previous health sales and call center management experience, preferred.

Experience in learning and using new technology to engage with the market, preferred.

5 years of management experience, preferred.

Experience in training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of director reports, preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $89,964 to $154,224.Locations: California; Colorado; District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Nevada; New York; Washington State.In addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
